ECG Killers
A high-yield ECG, case-based, time-pressured, and management-focused, helping candidates move from ECG recognition to an ACEM-style answer; diagnosis, key features, immediate risk, ED management, and disposition. prioritise dangerous and commonly examined ECGs, including STEMI equivalents, ACS mimics, broad-complex tachycardia, heart block, hyperkalaemia, toxicology patterns, Brugada, WPW, long QT, and syncope-related ECGs. The rapid-fire ECG interpretation- how to present each ECG as a concise SAQ or OSCE response.

Welcome to May 2027- Airway
The recognition and management of critical airway complications through structured, high-yield ACEM exam preparation. Using practical algorithms, video demonstrations, equipment review, capnography and imaging interpretation, and challenging SAQ and OSCE scenarios. We will teach you how to manage difficult and failed intubation, hypoxaemia, aspiration, airway trauma, tube complications, peri-intubation cardiovascular collapse, and cannot-intubate–cannot-oxygenate emergencies with safe, decisive, consultant-level responses.
Respiratory
Strengthen your approach to acute respiratory emergencies with focused, high-yield ACEM exam preparation. Through practical algorithms, imaging and blood gas interpretation, ventilatory support strategies, we teach you to assess and manage conditions such as severe asthma, COPD exacerbations, pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, respiratory failure, and non-invasive and invasive ventilation with clear, structured, consultant-level decision-making.
Resus, Shock and Sepsis
Through high-yield ACEM teaching, practical algorithms, haemodynamic interpretation, advanced resuscitation strategies, , we will teach you to rapidly identify the cause of deterioration, prioritise life-saving interventions, select appropriate fluids and vasoactive agents, interpret response to treatment, and deliver safe, decisive, consultant-level management under pressure.

Ophthalmology
Master high-yield ophthalmology presentations including acute visual loss, red eye, ocular trauma, chemical injury, glaucoma, retinal detachment and retinal vascular emergencies. Focus on rapid diagnosis, essential examination findings, sight-threatening differentials and consultant-level emergency management for the ACEM Fellowship Exam.
Trauma
Vascular Trauma. Axilla penetrating injury. Vascular injury types. Hard & soft signs. Brachial plexus lesions.
Infectious Diseases
Master high-yield infectious disease presentations including sepsis, CNS infection, endocarditis, tropical disease and infection in the immunocompromised patient. Focus on rapid diagnosis, key investigations, antimicrobial therapy and consultant-level management for the ACEM Fellowship Exam.
ECG: Life or Death
A large collection of high-yield and exam-appropriate ECGs, including both classic presentations and more challenging tracings designed to test consultant-level interpretation. We focus on more than “What is the diagnosis?”
You will learn how to produce a concise, structured ECG interpretation under exam conditions, identify the findings that attract marks, distinguish dangerous pathology from mimics, and integrate the ECG with the clinical scenario.
3 day intensive course
